About the Role
OON Systems is building AI systems for high stakes workflows. As an AI Engineer, you will work on large language models, NLP systems and other advanced AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Build LLM and NLP based systems for workflow automation
- Translate operational problems into production AI applications
- Create monitoring and evaluation systems for model quality and reliability
- Work across experimentation, deployment, and iteration in live workflows
Qualifications
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with production AI systems
- Experience with transformer models, embeddings, retrieval, or fine tuning workflows
- Understanding of model evaluation, error analysis, and real world deployment
- Ability to build end-to-end systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Hugging Face, vector databases, RAG, and agentic workflows
- Experience with development of AI systems
