About the Role
As a Software Developer at OON Systems, you will build and maintain the core platform behind secure internal tools, workflow orchestration, case management, and user-facing applications.
This role is centered on reliability, clean architecture, and practical execution. You will help design the systems that turn complex operational workflows into software that is scalable, maintainable, and secure.
Responsibilities
- Build robust backend and frontend systems supporting core product workflows
- Develop platform features using modern engineering practices
- Improve system performance, observability, reliability, and maintainability
- Contribute to architecture decisions across APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with AI, product, and security teams
Qualifications
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience with TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, or similar languages
- Experience building production systems, APIs, and database-backed applications
- Understanding of testing, version control, deployment workflows, and system design
- Clear communication and strong execution in fast moving environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Next.js, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, or cloud platforms
- Experience with authentication, access control, and internal tooling
- Experience working in startup or intense enviroments
